StreamRadio ("we", "us") values your privacy. We are committed to transparency regarding how we use tech features like Location Services and network connectivity.

1. Intelligent Location Features

To provide the "Local Stations" feature, the app uses two methods to determine your approximate location:

GPS (Fine Location)

If you grant the Location Permission, we use your device s GPS to precisely identify your current city. This allows for accurate station recommendations while you travel.

• Data Handling: Coordinates are processed locally on the device to query the station database. We do not log your movements.

IP Geolocation (Fallback)

If GPS is disabled or denied, we may infer your approximate region using your IP address.

2. Data Handling

We operate on a minimalist data principle:

• No Account: You do not need to register.
• No Cloud Storage: We do not have servers storing your favorites or history. This data lives solely on your device.

3. Third-Party Interactions

StreamRadio connects you to the world. In doing so, some data is exchanged with third parties:

• Stream Providers: When you listen to audio, you connect directly to the station s server. They can see your IP address.
• Radio Browser API: We function as a client for the community-driven radio-browser.info project.
